25 ml Honey Syrup
25 ml Lime juice
Combine and shake well. Serve in a salt-rimmed coupe with a lime wedge.

30 ml Ginger beer

Muddle the cucumber slices with simple syrup. Add other ingredients and shake well in a frosted cocktail shaker. Strain, serve in a tall glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber or lime wedge. Ideal for the days when you feel like boozing before noon!

45 ml Tequila
15 ml Grenadine
Pour 6 parts orange juice to 3 parts tequila over ice in a tall glass. Carefully pour 1 part of grenadine syrup into the glass, which will sink to the bottom. Do not stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.

15 ml each of Lemon Juice & simple Syrup.
45 ml Apple Juice
15 ml Apple Flavoured Brandy
45 ml Gin
Shake all ingredients together & pour into a tall frosted glass with ice. Top with soda.

2 tbsp Orange Liquor
